Dollars Deli was a limited-run sandwich residency at Rondo La Cave, the natural wine bar at The Hoxton, Holborn. Created by Andrei Soen (founder of Park Bench Deli in Singapore), it brought bold, chef-driven sandwiches to the London scene with unapologetic attitude and layered flavor.
