His journey began in San Francisco, where he trained at The Culinary Edge: an innovation studio known for shaping the future of food. With a background rooted in both kitchen craft and brand strategy, Andrei brings a unique ability to translate big ideas into impactful, operationally sound restaurant experiences. His work blends creativity with commercial insight, helping brands launch boldly and scale smart.
Aslam Zainal
Aslam is a Partner at Kick Push, where he brings a sharp focus on operations, hospitality, and cultural storytelling. As the Co-Founder of Offtrack — a music-forward bar known for its genre-spanning programming and global creative collaborations, Aslam has built a reputation for spaces that feel both intentional and alive.
With past experience at industry-shaping spots like Park Bench Deli and Neon Pigeon, he now helps lead Kick Push projects from vision to reality, creating concepts that are operationally tight, emotionally resonant, and built to last.
Sissy Ng
Sissy is a R&D Chef at Kick Push, where she blends creative curiosity with sharp execution across concept development, menu design, and kitchen testing. With a background spanning marketing, culinary school, and hands-on roles at AIR CCCC and Le Bon Funk, she brings a rare mix of discipline, flavor intuition, and production know-how to every project. From ideation to mise, she helps turn big ideas into bold, workable dishes.
YC Teo
YC is the Founder of Redacted Design and Rubik Material Laboratory, two studios at the intersection of architecture, object, and experience. From custom audiophile speakers for Club 21 and Papa Palheta to sculptural carpets for Restaurant Zén, his work is defined by precision, material integrity, and emotional clarity.
We partner with YC and his team for spatial and environmental design across our projects. His recent work includes Krapow (Chinatown Point), Charlotte Puxley Flowers and Ida’s Bar, all venues celebrated for their refined, intentional atmospheres. At Kick Push, YC helps translate F&B concepts into spaces that not only function beautifully but feel unforgettable.
